How we work
We originate, develop, finance, and manage projects via local SPVs, partnering with Tier‑1 EPC/OEMs and DFIs. We retain core ownership and operate with rigorous O&M oversight.

Load analysis, energy optimisation, redundancy and resilience planning, renewable integration (onsite/offsite PPAs), thermal & power efficiency improvements.
Renewable Components Supply
Tier‑1 modules, inverters, balance‑of‑system, spares and consumables. Sourcing, logistics, QA checks, and warranty support.
Energy Efficiency Improvements
Audits and implementation — lighting, HVAC, process optimisation, EMS/SCADA, and training for continuous improvement.

Sited near MV substation for efficient interconnection; designed for phased expansion to 30 MW.
Technology
Tier‑1 PV modules, string inverters, SCADA; fixed‑tilt or single‑axis trackers based on LCOE; PR ≥ 80% and availability ≥ 98% targets.

0–6m: feasibility, land, EIA, grid; 6–12m: financing & EPC award; 12–24m: construction, commissioning, COD.
